SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - PG&E Corporation (NYSE: PCG) announced today the pricing of the previously announced public offering of 6,800,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $51.90 per share. The offering is expected to close on August 10, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. Wells Fargo Securities is the underwriter for this offering.
PG&E Corporation expects to contribute all of the net proceeds from the offering to its regulated utility subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, which will use such proceeds primarily to satisfy payment of a portion of certain fines and penalties imposed by the California Public Utilities Commission.
