Barbara L. Rambo

Ms. Rambo is Chief Executive Offiecr of Taconic Management Services (management consulting and services company) and has held that position since October 2009. She was previously Vice Chair of Nietech Corporation (payments technology company) from October 2006 to October 2009 and Chief Executive Officer of that company from November 2002 to October 2006. Prior to joining Nietech, Ms. Rambo served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OpenClose Technologies (financial services company) from July 2001 to December 2001 and from January 2000 to June 2001, respectively. Ms. Rambo served as Group Executive Vice President of Bank of America from 1993 to 1998 and held various positions of responsibility with the Bank since 1974. Ms. Rambo has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since January 2005. She also is a director of International Rectifier Corporation, UnionBanCal Corporation, and West Marine, Inc.
