DISCIPLINE

Failure to comply with this Code or company guidance documents may result in disciplinary action or termination.1 Discipline decisions can vary depending on the severity of the misconduct and the employee’s disciplinary record, years of service and job duties. Contact your Human Resources representative for assistance in determining appropriate discipline.

There are violations of the Code for which there is no progressive discipline. For example, improper use of alcohol; violence in the workplace; and accessing pornographic materials using a company computer, BlackBerry®, or other company device will result in termination.

1For the purpose of regulatory reporting, the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of PG&E Corporation is responsible for determining if a violation of this Code has occurred.
